Crowne Plaza Hotel

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received before 6:00pm Pacific Time 72 hours, or 3 days, prior to day of arrival.

1st Night Deposit Policy:
Crowne Plaza does not require a first night deposit upon booking. If reservation is not cancelled in advance (per cancellation policy) the hotel will charge guest's credit card a no show fee equal to one nights room and tax.

Early Departure:
Crowne Plaza San Jose will charge $50.00 per guest for departing prior to the scheduled departure date, unless guest has notified the hotel at check-in of any changes to the departure date.
