NVScene is the largest-ever US gathering of creative minds interested in demoscene, game modding, machinima, and digital art. At NVISION these communities will meet, talk, learn, and compete as they come together to show the world what they are capable of. NVScene is divided into multiple tracks:

• Demoscene. NVScene will be the gathering for demoscene enthusiasts and, in partnership with Breakpoint and Scene.org, will feature the first demo competition of its kind in the US. Learn about the history of the demoscene, watch and hear incredible demos, and share ideas with other demosceners, including our special invitees from top European demoteams.
  
  
• Game modding. For the first time, game modders will have a chance to get together and share their ideas and experiences and show off their work. This track will feature mod competitions, discussion panels on modding, and opportunities to share and showcase your mod in front of your peers, game industry professionals, and other enthusiasts.
  
  
• Machinima. NVScene gives machinima artists a place to come together, communicate, and present their creations on the screen in front of a live audience. Talk about the craft in discussion panels, learn how to make better movies in workshops, and find common ground with other enthusiasts using game engines to create innovative animation.
  
  
• Digital Art. In partnership with CGSociety and Ballistic Publishing, NVScene will feature the NVArt collection of digital art – a display of digital art images created by top computer graphics artists – plus discussion panels on the technique and the art behind some of these incredible visuals.
